The company operates in 25 countries and was the first company to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In 2019, Aurora Cannabis paid a dividend of $0.01 per share.
Canopy Growth Corporation (CGC)- A leading diversified cannabis company, Canopy Growth Corporation produces and sells medical and recreational cannabis. The company is headquartered in Canada and operates in 12 countries. In 2019, Canopy Growth Corporation paid a dividend of $0.50 per share.
Aphria Inc. (APHA)- A leading global cannabis company, Aphria Inc. produces, supplies, and sells medical cannabis products. The company is headquartered in Canada and operates in 10 countries. In 2019, Aphria Inc. paid a dividend of $0.03 per share

Canopy Growth (CGC) is a Canadian cannabis company that trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company produces and sells medical and recreational marijuana. Canopy Growth also has interests in hemp production and CBD products.

GW Pharmaceuticals (GWPH) is a British biopharmaceutical company that has developed Epidiolex, the first prescription pharmaceutical form of CBD. Epidiolex was approved by the FDA in 2018 for the treatment of two rare forms of childhood epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome. The company also has several other cannabinoids in various stages of clinical trials for various indications including autism, glioblastoma, and schizophrenia.
In 2019, GWPH became the first cannabis stock to list on a major U.S. exchange when it listed on the Nasdaq. The stock has been a strong performer, more than doubling in value since its debut.
GWPH pays a dividend of $0.48 per share, yielding approximately 1.0%.
Hexo (HEXO)
Hexo is a cannabis company based in Canada that offers cannabis products in various forms. The company also runs a joint venture with Molson Coors Canada to produce cannabis-infused drinks. As of October 2020, Hexo does not yet pay dividends to shareholders.

The company was founded by Christopher Tyler Wolff and Stephen Arbib on February 8, 2018 and is headquartered in Nanaimo, Canada.
Village Farms International (VFF)
VFF is a large-scale, vertically integrated greenhouse grower. The company ranks as the largest cannabis stock by market cap that pays a dividend. VFF has historically been a large-scale operator of tomato greenhouses and has gradually transitioned into the cannabis space.
The company’s primary joint venture for cannabis is called Pure Sunfarms. VFF holds a 50% stake in Pure Sunfarms, which operates a 1.1 million square foot greenhouse in British Columbia. This puts VFF in an excellent position to weather any near-term industry challenges and emerge as a top player in the long run.
